Group Childbirth Course
Intimate and personal while still allowing you the opportunity to meet and learn from others. My group childbirth courses are capped at five couples and offer a comprehensive course that covers birth preparation, labor and delivery and postpartum care. There is ALOT of information out there- join me for a course that gives you the knowledge, hands-on practice and confidence you need that won't make you want to cringe.
Private Childbirth Course
We are all busy. whether you want the individual focus or have a crazy work schedule I am happy to cater the course to fit your needs. Private courses can be held in the comfort of your home and tailored to your schedule.
Course covers birth preparation, labor and delivery and postpartum care.
Second and third pregnancies are very different.

Did you give birth outside of Israel first time around? Have a challenging time with your previous birth/s?
I will help you prepare, carve out the time to focus on your body and your new baby, and refresh your knowledge for labor and delivery.
As a birth doula I will support and accompany you through labor and delivery. Together we will prepare with hand-on techniques for pain relief, build your birth plan and discuss the technicals of birth. I am there for you as needed - before, during and after birth.
We often expect breastfeeding to come naturally, but it is a learned skill. Preparing for breastfeeding & setting expectations is just as important as a birth course. Set yourself up for success during those first few hours and days with the support needed to reach your breastfeeding goals which, can be as dynamic as breastfeeding itself.
