I never knew how powerful my body was or how little control I had over it until I was pregnant.

I never understood how important the right support was until I birthed my own girls.

There are so many questions in your head and heart as endless opinions find their way to you. We women are stronger than we can ever imagine and when we work with and for one another, stunning, powerful, real things happen. Pregnancy, birth & the beginning of motherhood can be very scary- women have to balance the negative stories we hear (it seems like everyone has one once you have a belly!) with the knowledge that women have done this since forever. We need less judgment, more compassion and support - sincere, kind, big-hearted support.

Working with pregnant mothers & new mamas leaves me in awe. I will do my utmost to believe in you, in your abilities to know what is best for you.
